For years I have been having sudden severe weakness of my calves when I lift my arms above my head, especially if I am holding something. This doesn't always happen but enough to concern me.
It forces me to stop what I am doing and either lean against something or stoop down until the feeling comes back to my legs. Then may not happen again for days or weeks.
