Approximately four months ago, I believe that I have changed and could be facing menopause. I have sudden attack of depression that last or more than 10 days, sometimes and more. I sweat a lot, experience hot flashes that can be annoying, sometimes followed by irregular heart beat but my biggest problem is absent will to carry on.
One of numerous symptoms of menopause is form of depression, such as the inability to cope is overwhelming. It can be present a feeling of loss of self. Try to talk with your therapist but I know that hormone therapy dramatically ameliorates the depression as well as other symptoms that could make your life miserable.
