Please help! My menstual period had been very very regular and i was having clear, or bright red blood and good mesntuation , no problem from when i had menses when i was 13 years old till last month. Iam 44 years old, single and iam not actively doing any sex for several years now. Iam very worried because its almost 50 days that i do not have my period. I hope this is not yet menopause. I still like to get married and have kids. Please help! (PS : Last August to Sept i went on a long airplane ride going top africa. Do you think this has some effect?).I also believe that even if i have some worries, ( I just lost my mother a few months back)< I still think iam in control and not depressed although i miss hr so much. You think thius has some efftect? Please advise...
