Hi, when I was on diet, I had such a lack of energy that I couldn’t get up from my bed in the morning. My brain worked with half of its strength, and I wasn’t able to learn and concentrate. I felt like I was 82 instead of 28. However, I continued with the diet, not knowing that lack of energy and memory is not the only symptom I will have. Soon after that, my nails and hair started to lose strength and shine, and my face became pale and dry. I realized that I had to do something about this, so I added vitamin supplements to my diet. I couldn’t fix the damage right away, I had to be patient. However, after couple of weeks, I felt my energy boosting again, and my learning abilities increasing. I recommend you to change your diet or start taking vitamin supplements.
