I suffer from epilepsy? My seizures are very frequent and I am having hard time to control them. I tend to change what I eat and I use vitamins and other supplements. How sugar affects seizures?

Foods can alter brain function. We do know that very low levels of sugar in the blood can cause seizures in some people. If you have epilepsy, it is reasonable to try to eat regularly and eat a balanced diet. But I have to tell that mild dips in blood sugar levels that are commonly labeled as "hypoglycemia" have any relationship to seizures or epilepsy.
