During my stay at Cyprus last week I developed some sort of rash on my face. I did spend a lot of time in the sun but I used a suncream. I also heard that they have a very bad drinking water there at Cyprus that causes pimples. Was the rash I experienced a sun poisoning or did this water have anything to do with it. The hotel doc gave me a cortisone cream or something and it cleared but I am still worried about the sun influence on my skin.
Hi there! I spent 4 months at Cyprus and believe me, I know what their water and climate can do to one’s face. My face was full of zits when I came back. My cosmetician couldn’t believe when she saw it. Anyway, I don’t think it is the water that caused your rash, it must be the sun. I always use sunblocks that protect from UVA rays as well.
