Lately the sun is not like it was before. People all over the world are complaining about the sunburns, skin cancer and other symptoms of suns bad influence. Now I have heard that there are thing called sun poisoning. I am going to a vacation so I would like to know at advance what sun poisoning symptoms are.
There are two types of sun poisoning. The first include reaction to sun like red, bumpy skin with the rashes. Also many people become extra sensitive to any kind of skin changes like hormonal, those due to cosmetics or perfumes. The second type of sun poisoning includes sun stroke, heat stroke and heat prostration. It is due to body dehydration and loss of electrolytes. It is life treating and it starts with symptoms similar to flu. It can be with or without rashes.
