Hello,
I have blue eyes and lots of birthmarks on my hands and back. Also, my hair is blond and I have very pale skin. In short, I have developed extreme sunlight sensitivity. What factor of protection should I use?

Hello!
The highest they got in the store, they have even factor 80. It is like that, apply it in thick layers! This is very, very, very important: avoid exposure to sunlight between 11 am and 16 pm because of your sensitivity. Apply cream even when walking. Do not think that you have to cream yourself only when lying on the beach, this is misconception! Because you are so sensitive, you have to use cream throughout the whole year, especially when exposed to sun in some extreme conditions, like skiing and sunbathing. But don’t forget also when taking a walk.
