hey guys,

i have hemoroids and have been prescribed with suppositories

i dont know how to use it could some1 pls explain to me how to use it

how much do i put and how fa does my finger have to go up and how do i know if my finger has gone up to far or too less

from what I know about sups is make sure you have them lubed up. kinda sounds gross but trust me you'll be thankful and it will go in easier. When I had to give them to patients we just inserted it until it kind of "disappeared" you don't want it to come back out and you really can't put it up too far b/c it dissolves. make sure you're relaxed as much as possible which is easier said than done I know but it will help too. good luck!
