surgery after gallbladder removed

I have had cholecystectomy surgery almost 4 weeks ago. I have a knot under where the cut is. It goes up and down, when it is up it is worst and painful. Also I have pain in my back. I also have been having chills with no fever. I like to know if these things are normal after this type of surgery. sorry if this post twice.

just wanted to let you know your not alone. I had my gallbladder removed a week ago and still get nausa and have pain. some from the tummy but also from my back and i get the chills all the time, but no fever. doctor says everything is fine just takes time to recover. Hope she is right. i thought it would only take a week to get better. Yeah right. But thats what everyone was saying. I still can't lift anything at all and can only handle sitting for about 45 minutes tops and sometimes only minutes and then i have to lay down. Just a trip to the grocery store will tire me out completely. So your not alone out there and i hope you get better soon. best of luck. Smile
