Will it be difficult to mange pain after surgery if I am on Subutex because it is an opiate agonist. I'm worried the MD's won't know enough about this, so I am trying to detox cold turkey (been on Subutex 3 yrs) b/c the surgery is in 11 days. The withdrawals are terrible and my Md said to take Motrin
