One third of poll respondents answered that they lose their appetite when they're stressed and therefore skip meals, while about the same amount of participants said that stress causes them to comfort eat. One fourth of respondents claim they're emotional eaters, and only one tenth of interviewees responded that stress doesn't affect their eating habits.
