Im suffering from mildest discomfort in urination. There is no classical symptoms of prostitis.Im 32-yr old and doing hospital work. Im not at all having severe burning or micturition. I had severe UTI with mild prostitis(Volume of prostate was 19.4mL) 4 yrs back, treated with antibiotics. My main symptom is that I had rare post ejaculatory pain both after masterbation and contact. It will only occur once in a month. But is horrible for 10-20 minutes. Also had rare pain after defecation inside around anus. I use some Drugs such as Diclofenac etc. Then it will be alright. How I can check this is an onset of Prostitis ? What are the diagnosis tests available? Any use by doing Ultra Sonogram/ blood PSA for specific diagnosis ? Im a very sensitive and tensed person in behaviour. Im very interested in sex and have regular contact with my partner only. I rarely use alcohol- once in a moth maximum of 2 pegs. Mostly prefers veg diet as I have constipation and related fissure and external piles. Not use coffee/tea. Almost nil exercise. sleep only 5Hrs continuous sleep/day. I willnot ride 2 -wheeler, rarely use car. Pls give ans to my questions....
