suture from a surgery?

Hi,
one year ago I noticed something, which looks like suture from a surgery on my left testicle. I don't know, if I had a surgery on the testicle in the childhood. I hadn't noticed it earlier, only when I grew up that thing grew up too. Here are the images of it. Maybe somebody can help me.
