Hi, I need an advice about sweating. I am overweight. So, naturally I have problems every time I do something physically because I have tendency to sweat. Sometimes I sweat so much that my underwear is so wet that I can squeeze the water out of it. Is it normal? Can you tell me about sweating side effects?

It is perfectly normal for you to sweat if you are overweight. It is natural process and you can not avoid it. Side effect from sweating is, of course, the smell. You can use antiperspirants, bath more frequently, change clothes more often. When you don't wash your sweat then the layer of dirt is forming on your skin and it can be home for numerous bacteria. That can lead to infections or disease.
