i heard that excessive
sweating could be due to poor
nutrition and could be an indicator that your body's full of toxins. It could mean that you are eating too much junk food and that you should modify your nutriton.
Introduce some veggies and fruids and cut down on sugars,
alcohol, coffees, sodas, fries, etc. You could even introduce a water day every second week to try to get rid of toxins from your body!!!
