Hi. I am a woman that is 32 years old, and I just adore massages. I heard lots of good stuff about Swedish massage, and all the people I know say that it rules. I personally don't know anything about this Swedish massage, so I would be grateful if you could tell me what it is. Thanks in any case.

That is one great massage. It is highly effective and it consists of friction, compression, vibration and lots of other different stuff. It is designed to increase blood flow. It is called Swedish massage, but it isn't really from Sweden. Lotion or oil cream is applied on skin to allow smooth strokes. I highly recommend it.
