so the problem is that after i masturbate the skin around my penis (not the head) swells like hell and it lasts for about 2-4 hours (sometimes a bit more) so please help me, it doesn't hurt me or anything, but it is annoying and i would realy apriciate (not spelled corretly Razz) any help =)
