im 18 after masturbating my penis started to swell and it was the outer sking not the head of the penis but the forsking is that normal?????

I used to swell, but I changed my style of masturbation. Instead of grabbing all of the skin and stroking, I push down the skin by the base of my penis with my left hand and jerk with my right.

This Happened To Me Today, My Father Is A Doctor He Took A Look And Said That All It Was Is When You masturbated That Suction Was Too Tight And When You Were Pulling It In And Out It Was Rough Or Too Tight, This Will Cause The Blulb To Swell Like The Size Of A Mouse, It Will Take A Couple Of Hours But Its Ok The Swelling Will Stop, And Your Penis Will De swell And You'll Be Ok,
