swelling and pain in groin and penis

I have had a issue for a couple of days now, first pain in my groin, that later moved to the base of my penis and caused swelling in two areas on the shaft of the penis, I still feel hard areas under the base and a spot near the head of the penis...I am a male 47 yrs old...

See a doctor. He/she should be able to prescribe you something that could help (P.S. This is the childrens and teens health forum. This should have went in the Men's health forum or penile disorders!)
