swelling/inflammation internally in vaginal wall

In the last week I have had a urinary tract infection. This has cleared up but i am still taking the antibiotics until they are finished. In the last couple of days however I have contracted a thrush infection, or what appears to be. What I am concerned about is that i have noticed that on one side of my vaginal wall I can feel some sort of swelling which feels like a hard lump, sort of like a tube. I am really concerned as I dont know what it is. Im hoping its a side effect of a UTI or thrush. can someone help me?
