Hi,
Two days back I noticed that I developed swelling just an inch above the place where penis starts, on my lower stomach.
I do not see any thing abnormal/unusual except for pain when I touch it.
What could it be?
26 years old and never was involved in accident/injury/sex. |

| I was wondering if you got a diagnosis on this. I have something similar. Just above the shaft under my pubic hair but a little to the left. No pain though. When I press on it it is soft and feels like maybe fluid in a sac, or fluid buildup, or a very soft tumor of some type. Thats what it feels like but unsure exactly. It is not on the penis, but to the left where the shaft starts, under the pubic hair. There is some type of buildup in there that has slightly swollen that area. Not painful in the least. I remember last month itching severely a few times in that spot,but did not notice the swelling until today. It never itches there no more. It has been three weeks or so since it last itched. Well hope you get this, thank you |

Yes, I did. The Doctor said it was just a "pimple". If a hair strand grows "inwards" then this situation arises.
Doctor has punctured the pimple and applied antibiotic. I was also on some antibiotics for about a week.
But your situation might be different. So better conuslt your physician.
It is not that big of a deal...Good luck! |

| thx for the reply, There was a pimple there also!!! (right where the swelling is) or it may of been a small cyst, cuz i get those too. It was a nasty little pimple/cyst. I assumed thats what was causing the occasional itch I had. The cyst or pimple has eased up and thats when the itching stopped, if I remember right. It may be that the swelling may take longer to go. What did your swelling feel like? So your doctor said a pimple can cause it to swell in that area? You just may of eased my mind a whole lot. I beleive it was this small cyst or pimple that caused this swelling. I will give it a little longer, if no improvement then I'll see the doc. I have no health insurance. o boy thanx again bro, please reply, thx |
