swelling legs, purple splotches, pain at night

I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my legs for about 9 months now, I have purple splotches at times and often pain at night. Lately I have been experiencing shortness of breath and minor chest pains but nothing to concern me to go to the hospital. My legs are ofetn either red or blue and very cold, I am a 27 year old female and need advice immediately

sounds like DVT - Deep Vein Thrombosis - blood clots in your legs.
Go see your doctor... clotting is dangerous
