Sad Hi if you could help me i have thyroid and since i have been dignosed my hands have swelled and they become very tight that i have to keep on streaching them if you could help me

Dear Guest: Hi I have a simular problem. I too am looking for answers but no one has responded to my question. I have constant and consistent pain along with stiffness in my neck. I have tried through the help of my PCP, physical therapy (both land and pool), been on pain killers and muscle relaxers - with no success. The stretching exercises that were given to me did not work. I wish I could be of some help but the most i can do is let you know that my heart goes out to you. There seems to be very little knowledge in the area for which i live on this topic. I am both upset and scared and waiting to hear from 3 different doctors on my particular situation. I am sorry that again I can not relate to your specific area. But if you know of any info i would gladly appreciate it if you could offer me any bit that you might know. Sincerely - Julie
