hey im 16 atm ive been masterbating once a day for a while im not sure wat it is but it feels like my penis has swollen and i dont know if maybe ive been masterbating to hard but can u plz tell me how to reduce the swelling or is it normal?

I have the same problem except im 18 and I only masturabte once or twice a week. No pain or anything jus that my penis is slightly swollen but it has got better from time it seems like.
