I have been on prenatal vitamins for 1 week and have noticed swelling in my hands. Is this swelling due to prenatal vitamins or could be something else?

Swelling is possible side effect of prenatal vitamins. I really wouldn’t risk my baby’s life or health. By my opinion you should stop taking it immediately and seek medical attention! Right away!
One more thing, the 2005 dietary guidelines recommend that healthy pregnant women get 30 minutes or more of moderate intensity physical activity every day. Do get a regular daily exercise?
