I have been getting swollen feet and calfs. I thought maybe it was from jogging in tight shoes. It comes and goes I elevate my feet over night and it the morning its substantially reduced or gone. I'm about 15 pounds over weight and I'm jogging and watching my portions and limiting junk foods. Should I be concerned about my heart circulation. I currently don't have coverage and that why I haven't been to the medical center.
