Hello! Due to my obesity my doctor recommended I should go down on weight as soon as possible or my health could be severely damaged. The thing is that I don’t know from where to start. I wanted to know if swimming is a good way to lose weight.

Hello! Yes, swimming is a very good way to lose weight; it burns the calories and affects every muscle in your body. It did miracle for me. When I was swimming on a regular basis (2times/week), my body was perfectly tight. I just loved that old look. But if you are obese as you say you are, just swimming won’t do you any good. You have to start from your nutrition and is a very long walk my friend. I even think you may need professional help. Good luck anyway!!!!
