swolen testicals

Hello I’m a 27 year old male. I noticed that my testicals seem to be swollen quite a bit. It seems to me that they are both evenly swollen, it's painless but it does have me worried. The swollen area which is in the front just feels sort of fatty. But I don’t feel hard lumps or anything else; the swollen area also looks slightly darker. While I doubt it's relevant I will add that I’m currently on medication, Adderal.

My husband has same problem for about a month and he doesn’t want to ask for help. His testicals are like hard and swollen. I don’t know what it is or how it started. He has no desire for sex. He says that it has been awhile that testical are tender and sore. Is not on any med and he never had problems with his genitals before.
