swollan lymph nodes by ovaries...Help!!

I woke 2 days ago and felt to pea sized lumps right where my ovaries are. I've had the worst sinus infection for about a month now. I just started taking MucinexD. It hurt last night to have sex. Almost like my bladder was full. I have more discharge then normal. No weird color or oder. No history of cancer or problems of this sort with me or my family. I'm 24 and I have a 4 yr old. I've never had any medical problems ever. I dont have health insurance so I don't want to waste going to the doctor. What should I do or is this serious enough to make the trip?
