swollen abdomen after painful ovulation

My tummy gets all swollen and painful, like pressure after I ovulate, this happens like once every three months usually following ovulation I can feel. I have ahistory of ovarian cysts that come and go with my cycle....what the heck is this swollen thing! It hurts
