I am a gay and its discreet. Whenever I sleep with some one who is sexually attractive to me I get erection throughout night. If I donot indulge in sex the next day morning I will have very bad pain in my vas which appears swollen. I had done scanning a week back when I had severe pain lasted for three days and everything found normal in scrotal bag scanning. I have the same pain getting these days off and on even without a sexual crush. I use tight gay underware. Could anyone suggest me why it is so>?
