swollen and red tonsils??? should I see the doctor???

Ok, so last night I noticed my tonsils are kind of swollen and red, but throat did not hurt. This morning, tonsils still red/swollen, can feel swollen lymph node in left side of neck. My throat is very slightly sore. my nose is just a little stuffy. Does anyone think I should see my doctor or try and wait it out? I am not running a fever and feel ok otherwise. Any suggestions would be terrific! Thank you.
