I have a swollen right breast which makes me uncomfortable. It's also painful when pressed against something. I'm in my mid-twenties now. It's as if i've got fat in there. Please help me.

I assume that you're male.

The best we can do is suggest that you go to your doctor and get an exam.
Tell them what it feels like, and how annoying it has been.

They may be able to give you some guidance, or some treatment.
