I have painful, swollen clitoris. It’s very tender and purple. I’ve never had unprotected intercourse, so I hope it’s not the worst. Please tell me if you know what it may be.

I felt the same way and it was because of allergic reaction. My gyn told me that it probably was caused by synthetic underwear that had irritated me. A friend of mine found out that she was allergic on artificial color in toilette paper. There are many reasons. You should try with some baths to relieve the symptoms.
