I have been at my computer using my right hand on my mouse and my fingers are swollen

I have pain in my right hand as well, especially when I try to type and use the mouse wheel. Also sore or weak when i try to pick up things with my thumb and index finger. Also feel sore when I apply pressure to undreside of forearm and my neck. I went to the doctor and all he said was that i have tight neck muscles bilat. I'm guessing its from incorrect posture at computer and possibly a pinched nerve in spine. But need help in finding out a way to get rid of it as cheap as possible.
