hey guys, i first noticed this yesterday when my penis was really itching all day. later that night when i went to urinate, i noticed that when the foreskin is pulled back, it looks swollen almost, but is soft, like there is fluid underneath. no pain at all, just very itchy and it is a bright red colour.
any help/ advice?
