hello
the other day i woke up and felt kind of dizzy. i also had alot of pain in my legs and the area aroend my penis. i went to sleep that night and woke up the next morning and felt better but i noticed my foreskin was swollen. i have no idea what and i've been gettin very worried cause im pretty healthy i usually never have anything wrong.
To be honest, I can’t relate your swollen foreskin with feeling dizzy unless the dizziness occurred due to pain. Many assumptions can be made here and different diagnoses offered but it would be done in vain as we can’t see your foreskin, can’t do the necessary test to check for infections and therefore you need to see an urologist.
Swollen foreskin usually occurs due to repeated infection under the foreskin, bad hygiene and smegma accumulation. It can also lead to phimosis, a condition in which your foreskin becomes un-retractable, and cause you much discomfort.
Foreskin swells in some guys after performing jelqing procedure for penis extension.
If your foreskin doesn’t go down, and you continue having sucg problems, you better have it checked.

I am fully cut and have been dry jelquing my fore skin only for about 2 years now. I have managed to stretch my foreskin so that it now covers more than 3/4 of my corona in a flaccid state. My goal is to at least stretch the foreskin down to my corona opening. I have stretched the foreskin so large that I can now insert and hold a golf ball in my fore skin when flaccid at my corona head. Questions, comments or pictures?
