i did a drop on my bike, and when i landed my testicles kind of slapped my seat as i didnt crash or sit down. come 2 days later, my right one is swollen. it feels squishy and my scrotem feels like it has lots of liquid. kinda weird. should i be worried? i think it is bruised from impact, but idk if this is what its supposed to do.

If you do feel as if there is fluid inside, it could happen that you have developed a hydrocele. They can be formed from trauma in older guys (compared to children).

They don’t cause any pain, they just cause scrotal swelling and may look like a balloon filled with fluid. They are usually left like that if they are not too uncomfortable and they may go away on their own.
However, sometimes hydrocele may get way to big to cut the blood supply. Then they can be removed. Procedures used to remove are needle aspiration, which is not so popular because the fluid may return soon.

Another procedure is a surgery, which is done by a skilled surgeon. It is not a major procedure and only small incisions may be made to perform it.

However, you may not even developed hydrocele. What you developed could be just an ordinary swelling from the blow. You may wait a bit longer and see how it goes or you may want to see a doc and know what it is all about.
