swollen gland on inner thigh

Few day ago I noticed reddish bump on my inner thigh. This is just along the bikini line. It is size if a pea and it is swollen. It seems like it can move under the skin. I think it is a swollen gland. What should I do?

This is probably a consequence of a ingrown hair or bacteria that gets into skin when shaving bikini area (if you are shaving). Probably it is a swollen lump.
It is best if you apply hot cloth once a day for 15 minutes or more (watch you do not get burned). Do that one week or more and eventually it should drain. However, do not squeeze it, probably by squeezing it, you would make the situation even worse.
If the situation doesn’t improves and if the swollen gland gets bigger, there is always an option to get this surgically removed.
