To get a second opinion you need to see another doctor. Without seeing, feeling and examining it is impossible to say. Have you just talked on the phone withyour doctor or did s/he have it checked.
You haven’t had these bumps ever before? There are a few things that could form inside vagina. These are cysts, polyps and warts.
They are benign and not painful but I don’t know if their appearance is connected to the pregnancy really. Has the bump changed in size since you first spotted it, is it causing you any trouble?
It could be Bartholin gland’s cysts, they are located at the entrance of the vaginal opening and may cause a lot of discomfort but if it is inside your vagina, I am not sure what it really is, it needs to be looked at.
Do you have any other symptom associated with it or other strange symptoms like blood-stained vaginal discharge, bleeding after sexual intercourse and pain, problems with passing urine, blood in the urine, etc…..? |

I was wondering if you had an episiotomy or a large tear? I have the same thing an enlarged bartholins gland and think it has to due with the cutting off of the drainage opening of the gland. |
