my inner labia are swollen and so is my clit. It is itchy but it hurts to scratch it because it is irritated i cant tell my mom because shel be weird about it....can anyone tell me what is wrong with me and if i need to go to the doctor is ther a way i can go with out my mom or dad finding out??

yep, sounds like thrush. You'll need a broadspectrum antifungal cream or tablet like Canesten to get rid of it. Keep using it for 2 weeks after it has appeared to have gone, because it can reinfect if you don't do this.

Bacteria that cause this infection live on the skin normally, but need something to set them off.

Thrush can also be a sign of diabetes if it keeps coming back because the kidneys are dumping large amounts of sugar through your urine, which feeds the thrush bacteria.
