swollen inner wall of vegina

I have had problem for the past week with swollen inner wall of the vegina and the doctor are puzzled for the reasons that their is no, bad smell, no itch, no change of color. it is in the upper wall of the vegina and it feel like a big bump inside or should I a lump within the inner wall. The Doctor gave me an antibiotic calledapo-cephalex 500mg in case it is a cist but I really dont see any results after 3 day...actually I feel like it got swollen even more.

please give me an idea of what it could be.
