I think your fine its just an allergic reaction. You might need to visit your doctor to talk to him about this. i know alot of chinese foods and many others have MSG ( a preservative) and this may be causing you to swell. Also document what you eat to see what could be the cause. You can buy allergy medication over the counter and if symptoms don't get better go to your doctor.

I had the same problem. Basically swelling lips are the same as hives, but in the deeper layers of skin. I went to the allergist this week and had a skin test for food allergies. It turns out I am allergic to tree nuts (almonds, cashews, hazel nuts) and birch trees (which may signify an allergy to some raw fruits like cherries, apples, and peaches). Chinese food has MSG in it, which could be causing your problems. I am cutting them out to see what happens.
