for the past 3 days ive noticed that on the left side of my throat . right underneth the jaw bone there is a lump that is alittle painful when i turn side ways as i lay down. i can feel it . and it moves when i do touch it . it feels like its right on top of the jaw bone right under the ear. can this be a swollen lymp note or is this something i should be concened about?
