swollen lympnodes in chest and armpit what could it be?

I had a chest x-ray done 3 months ago and it showed a spot, so i had a cat scan done. It showed that my lymphnodes next to my wind pipe on both sides and in my arm pits are swollen to the size of a gum ball. I have no other symptoms, I have had some fatuige and a low testosterone level. I have smoked for 9 years, but now quit. I am a 27 year old male. What could this be from?[/code]
