earlier i felt a sharp pain coming from my vagina. on closer inspection i have discovered that one of my vaginal lips is swollen and very tender. i can see a lump which is about 1cm-1.5cm long and quite hard. it cant be moved and it hurts when i walk and sit down etc. when i urinate i can feel a burning sensation. any help is appreciated.
