My left testical has been swollen for a month. I have been to neurologist 3 of them & they all say it is tissue build up. They checked for a hydrocele & said no that is not so,it is not filled with fluids only tissue.My testical is the side of a grapefruit. When I go to uriniate it goes every direction it wants to.What can I do?Thank U very much. Sad
