swollen underarm

I recently too just had a baby and I am breastfeeding. I also have an abscessed tooth. Three days ago I woke up with my underarm tender. Now this morning my underarm is swollen. It is tender from the top of my breast and swollen thru the middle of my armpit. And now my right side is now tender. Can this be from my infection or may I have breast abscessed begining?
