I use to get swollen vas and pain in my testicle if I get an erecton at night and not masturbated. The pain becomes unbearable some times and in scanning it shows normal. But I get it often. My doctor who is a urologyst says its because of anxeity which I never have. Even today I have it and as per doctors advice I am taking a pain killer everytime I get the pain. Can some one please advice what to do?[/b]
